Yeah, I read up on it... sort of an interesting concept I thought, and it would have been a unique swap. I certainly would go for efficiency though... cause in my eyes, efficiency IS a sort of performance. What puts me off however, is the cost involved. I'm still a poor student, and I can't afford it.
While a ZE would be great all 200 horses and all, I would rather get a G4, for a couple of reasons:
1 NO HLAs (I have had it up to my eyeballs with frustration. I have rebuilt 2 sets of HLAs THREE times and my engine still makes a clacking noise.) I have no idea what else the noise could be.

2 the KLG4 leaves me with a 9.2:1 compression ratio, which is prime-time for a turbocharger.
3 The 'G4 comes with a coilpack and a sort of EDIS, which would be needed for MegaSquirt (as I understand it), should I ever decide to get my feet wet in real man's tuning. ;-)
4 Still has more powa then a DE!
